Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Deskkit. By downloading or using Deskkit, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Deskkit.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Deskkit's online features.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and everything done under it.
Keep your password secure and don't share your account.
Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

When using chat, DMs, support, or any community feature, you agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse others, or post hateful or illegal content
Spam, scam, or impersonate others
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service
Evade bans or moderation

We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts, including by device and IP address, at our discretion to keep the community safe.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages and content you post. By posting, you grant us permission to display and store that content as needed to run the service (for example, showing your messages in chat). You're responsible for what you post.

5. Subscriptions (Pro & Ultimate)

Deskkit's core is free. Pro and Ultimate are optional paid subscriptions.
Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime; your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Prices and features may change; we'll give notice of material changes.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are at our discretion.

6. The free tier & the app

Deskkit is provided "as is." Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We aim for reliability but don't guarantee the app or services will always be available or error-free.

7. Intellectual property

Deskkit, its name, logo, and design are ours. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute Deskkit or claim it as your own.

8. Disclaimers

Deskkit is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deskkit and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You can stop using Deskkit and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use Deskkit means you accept the changes.
